We are looking for an exceptional Performance Marketing Specialist, to help us create and implement innovative Paid Advertising campaigns and strategies for our regional and international clients. Planning and implementing campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement. Think about the entire acquisition process, make performance marketing an integral part of digital marketing that works like a well-oiled machine via campaigns.
Responsibilities
Creating & optimizing campaigns across the digital landscape: Facebook, AdWords (Search, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter
Plan performance marketing strategy & KPIs
Manage Paid Social & SEO/SEM, including launching, monitoring, optimization, and results reporting
Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization
Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights
Ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization
Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter
Requirements
Deep understanding of paid advertising and the web
At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing
Experience with Facebook + Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GCM (DoubleClick)
Google Ads and Analytics certifications
Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing / retargeting campaigns, and display advertising
Experience with SEO/SEM best practices
Programmatic advertising experience
Desirable: hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns) and in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software
Fluent in English
