As a Marketing Specialist at CEIBO you will be participating in the set-up, implementation and programming of marketing automation campaigns for our customers.

Being fluent in English is a must. Portugues, French, or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be part of a CEIBO global team, delivering services for USA, Europe, and Asia!  As a Marketing Specialist at CEIBO, you will be participating in the setting up, implementing, and programming the marketing automation programs for our customers.

Responsabilities

• Build and deploy compelling, end-to-end marketing automation campaigns, including assets creation (multi-steps campaigns flows, emails, landing pages, forms, custom objects, etc.).

• Crafting irresistible subject lines with action-driven copies, and CTAs to drive conversions.

• Build-out data-driven customer journeys across the customer lifecycle via marketing automation and nurture campaigns.

• Monitor funnel performance, conducting campaign level quality assurance, and A/B testing for strategic optimizations.

• Report performance metrics and KPIs, making thoughtful and strategic recommendations for campaign optimizations.

Requierements

• Minimum 1+ years of email marketing automation with experience using marketing technologies to build email templates, campaigns and customer journeys

• A university degree, relevant experience in a marketing, digital technology or related field

• Experience with HTML/CSS will be immensely beneficial

• Experience with at least one of this marketing automation tools: Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua or Responsys), Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Campaign or Marketo), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget or Pardot), SaS Campaign, Acoustic Campaign (aka Watson Campaign Automation), Hubspot, or a similar marketing automation platform

• Excellent in writing conversion-friendly, demand generation copywriting and communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented, producing polished, high-quality output

• Ability to take marketing concepts/ requirements and translate them into marketing automation programs

• Creative, passionate, and problem solving-focused mind

• Fluent in English. Portugues, French, or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
